Return and Exchange Policy

At Pretty Please Aesthetics, your satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly exchange or refund any product that has not been opened, damaged, or used. To request a return or exchange, please submit your request within 72 hours of receiving your products. All returned items must be in their original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase along with a valid receipt. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

Unopened and Unused Products

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you've experienced an allergic reaction. (Please refer to the Allergic Reactions section below).

Pretty Please Aesthetics reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from returns or exchanges of items that originally qualified for free shipping.

 

Allergic Reactions

We understand that sometimes products may not suit your skin type. If you experience an allergic reaction, we will refund or credit the cost of the individual product. Reactions must be reported within 48 hours of use. We may request a doctor's note and/or photos of the reaction to confirm it was caused by our product.
